Edokiriko, refraction of light by the craftsmanship, magical glass with a pattern that expands when alcohol is poured into it.
Beautiful to look at, exciting to pour, and a joy to drink from, the Edokiriko glass is a unique product that makes drinking enjoyable.
The popular Hokusai series, previously only available in rocks glasses, is now available in old-fashioned glasses. When you pour a drink into the glass, the red Mt. Fuji on the bottom will color beautifully, creating a scene reminiscent of a sunset.
The delicate and powerful ukiyo-e paintings by Katsushika Hokusai are carved onto the glass with the skillful techniques of GLASS-LAB's craftsmen, capturing the beauty of Mount Fuji, which is colored bright red as it is illuminated by the sun and enveloped in silence. You can enjoy this masterpiece and the craftsmanship in your own home.
The glass is made using the "irokise" glass technique with a red-gold glass coated over light blue glass, and is placed in a paulownia box for delivery.
*Please note that since each product is handmade by skilled craftsmen, there may be slight variations in size, color, and the presence of air bubbles.
