【Usage and how to use it】

Made in Japan, each copper plate is hand-finished by craftsmen at our own factory.

Just grill it and it's delicious! "Silver x Copper" premium yakiniku plate. Unlike stainless steel, silver plates give off a bright shine and make mealtimes a little more special.

About care

The silver plated parts may darken with normal use, but this does not cause any problems in use.

●If you are concerned about dark spots, you can easily take care of them.

● Cleaning silver with hot water and baking soda will remove stains through a chemical reaction.

●Spread out crumpled aluminum foil in a heat-resistant container large enough to hold the plate. Place a silver plated plate on top of the aluminum foil and pour hot water over it. Add baking soda. (1 tablespoon of baking soda per 1 cup of hot water)

●Wait until the water is cool enough to touch, then rinse thoroughly.

●It cannot be used with IH cooking heaters. There are two sizes: B5 and B6.
